We’ll use our phone call to discuss your goals and hopes for therapy, including whether you’d prefer to meet in person or over video. I’ll walk through the logistics of therapy, share a bit about how I work, and answer any questions you might have.
If you want to move forward at the end of the call, we’ll schedule our first session.
You don’t have to be certain about weekly therapy with me to book an initial session, either: those first one to three meetings are a great time for us both to get a better sense of whether we want to work together. If it turns out I’m not the therapist for you, no hard feelings.
